Philip Winter-Taylor is an experienced Anglo-French property lawyer with a degree in law and French from Keele University. From an Anglo-French legal family, he has spent his entire career specialising in French property, initially for the city firm of solicitors, Walker Martineau, then as the Head of Legal for Rutherfords, the oldest established French estate agents in London and for FPS, the French agency in Ashford, Kent.

He has written numerous articles on French property and is a lecturer on French legal practice for legal professionals in the U.K. He has appeared before the court in France - a right rarely granted to foreign lawyers. An acknowledged specialist in French estate agency law, he has assisted a number of U.K. agencies in obtaining their professional licenses from the authorities in France.
